Position Overview

Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Client Care Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member (Property and Casualty Insurance Focus). Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client service including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify client needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Establish client relationships and follow up with clients as needed.
  • Use a client-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success.

Requirements

  • Property & Casualty license (will need to obtain if not currently licensed)
  • Customer service / sales experience (inside/outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recovering from the unexpected, and realizing their dreams
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
